OnePlus asks for help from its users with OxygenOS firmware

OnePlus is still working at OxygenOS but probably doesn’t know where to go, as the company has just started asking its users for advice. Previously OxygenOS has experienced some complicated months: the merger between OPPO and OnePlus has also led to the “merger” between the customization of OnePlus and that of OPPO, even if, for the moment, only in China.

With a forum post, OnePlus asked its users to respond to a OxygenOS user experience survey, obviously with the aim of gathering opinions and advice to improve everything in upcoming firmware releases.

The survey involves questions like “what smartphone are you using” or “what is the best and worst feature of your operating system,” and therefore not solely related to OnePlus software. You can reach the questionnaire and then give advice to OnePlus from this page.

However, the company started the OEF (Online Ears Forum) back in February to create the perfect OxygenOS 13 for the OnePlus. The latest skin will also be based on Android 13, but there is no confirmation about the changes, which new features we will see in this new skin, and Android 13 DP also does not confirm it completely.
