After Android 13 Update: Realme X7 Max Users Facing These Common Bugs & Issues

In August 2022, Realme started to roll out the Android 13-based Realme UI 3.0 update for its flagship series in eligible markets, which brings a bunch of new features and amazing improvements for the user. Last week, Realme X7 Max users finally got the realme UI 3.0 early access update based on Android 13 after successful trials on a few flagship devices.

At the time of the update release, we suggested that the Android 13 Early Access update for the Relame X7 Max is under development and that you should not install the Realme UI Early Access software update on your daily usage phone. Because, the update may contain some bugs, and some apps may not work properly.

Now, some users of the Realme X7 Max on the Realme community as well as some social media platforms reported that they are facing some common bugs and issues. However, the Realme X7 Max users suspect that the problem may occur right after installing the Android 13 Early Access version.

As per the source, after updating Android 13 on Realme X7 Max, there are some functions that are now working properly: One-Handed mode and 3-finger screenshot. Additionally, some users are not able to choose media output.

Moreover, the charging animation is not so cool, the last one is better than the current one. Don’t worry; This is a common problem in smartphones after installing a beta update, so wait for some time and days. For Realme X7 Max users, the company will fix these common issues in the next update for a better experience.

In addition to this, you can contact Realme support direct or visit the Realme Exclusive Service Center. You can also check some basic solutions for the Green line issue.

  • Restart your Realme phone in safe mode.
  • If your phone is not updated, then update your phone and also install apps.
  •  If all the above things don’t work, then reset your phone to factory data. This will erase all your data on the phone and give you a fresh start like before.
