Android 13-Based Nothing OS 1.5 Beta Testing Starts soon [Next Phase]

Last month, Nothing started rolling out the first phase of Nothing OS 1.5 beta updates for phones (1), which include a number of new features along with several improvements over the previous OS. Now, the good news has come for the Phone(1) users. The next phase of Nothing OS 1.5 will be released soon next week.

Today, Mr. Carl Pei, the CEO and founder of Nothing, announced on Twitter that the next phase of the Android 13-based Nothing OS 1.5 is set to roll out for Phone (1) starting from January 17, 2023.

According to the information, the next phase of the Nothing OS 1.5 beta update will come with several improvements and fixes that arrived after the first phase of the beta update. Moreover, this update would fix some issues like Google Pay not working, Dark mode pitch black, Auto brightness sensor error, Sudden light up of the display, Sound fluctuation of speaker output, and more.  

The next phase of Nothing OS 1.5 will start as soon as next week. Hence, we can expect the stable version of Android 13-based Nothing OS 1.5 in the coming months, as the company has confirmed that Nothing OS 1.5 will be officially launched in early 2023.

The Nothing OS 1.5 update presented the new Weather app and increased the app loading speed up to 50%.
