The Chinese tech giant has started teasing its upcoming software version, OxygenOS 13.1. On the other hand, OnePlus fans also discuss what this new custom skin will bring to the surface. So, we expect OxygenOS 13.1 to bring the Android 13 per-app language feature like other custom skins.
Well, the Per-app language has been dubbed as one of the best features of the latest Android 13 version. It is one of the most important tools for multilingual users and enables you to change the language of a particular application at your convenience. However, we did not find any such feature in OnePlus’s OxygenOS 13 upgrade.
On the other hand, we have seen every Android 13-based operating system with this feature on devices. For example, Samsung, Vivo, and many others. However, we did not find any such feature in the OnePlus.
We tried checking availability by going to Settings > System > Language & input > App language. Unfortunately, the option for app languages is not available. As a result, the company should implement the Android 13 per-app language feature in the upcoming OxygenOS 13.1.

Android 13 introduces a Per-app language feature for apps that support multiple languages. This feature helps multilingual users set their system language to one language, such as English, and they can select other languages for specific apps, such as Dutch, Chinese, or Hindi.
