Realme GT 2 & GT 2 Pro Bugs & Issues [Jan 30, 2023]

Recently, Realme launched the most awaited smartphone of the year. i.e., the Realme 10 Pro series, which is equipped with totally outstanding features and Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13.

While on the other hand, Company’s two flagship smartphones are facing various issues, which we have discussed below. As per the report, many users are facing countless issues in Realme’s flagship smartphone series after Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13. 

• Realme GT 2 Pro

Realme GT 2 Pro is the company’s flagship smartphone which will be released in January 2022 with Android 12-based Realme UI. Plus, a few weeks ago, it also received the Android 13-based Realme UI Stable update.

If we talk about the current status of the phone, then the company has not rolled out any type of update, rolling out the Android 13 stable update based on Realme UI 3.0 for the phone, with the firmware version RMX3301_11_C.08.

• Realme GT 2

Realme GT 2 was released earlier this year in the month of January. Equipped with Snapdragon 888 5G, 120Hz Refresh rate AMOLED Display, 5000 mAh battery with 65W charger, Triple rear camera, Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0 out of the box. 

If we talk about the current software status then, it has already received Android 13 based Realme UI with firmware version RMX3312_11_C.05.

According to the report, via various social media platforms, Realme users are informing that Realme GT 2 Series  is facing many types of issues after updating their phone to the latest Android 13 update, which we have discussed below in this article.

Calling Issue After Android 13

After updating to Android 13. User facing call problem in Realme GT 2. Every time cannot hear the other person on call and call gets automatically disconnected after 5-10 seconds.

Realme GT 2 Facing a Camera Issue

One of the users of Realme GT 2 tweeted on the microblogging site Twitter and informed that suddenly the device is facing a camera issue which is very much annoying. The user has also visited the service center, but the issue still remains. 

@realmecareIN I am a realme gt 2 user using the phone from 17/8/22 . Suddenly i am facing a camera issue from past month. I contacted service centre nd submitted the phone there for 2 weeks they replied that they have changed all the possible parts but the issue still remains.

A Series issue found in the Realme GT 2 Smartphone, in which device takes time in loading the apps.

Realme GT 2 Pro 5G Green And Purple Vertical Link Issue

One of the users informed by the help of Twitter that, after updating to the Android 13 updates, on the phone’s screen, a Green and purple vertical line appeared. Which is really, really disappointing for the users. Before updating, the phone was fine and working smoothly.
