OnePlus 9R’s January 2023 Security Update Fixes Communication, Bluetooth, Camera, & System Related Issues

We officially started in February, and the Chinese tech giant has finally started rolling out a January 2023 security patch for its flagship OnePlus 9R smartphone users in India. According to the information, the latest security patch brings improvements in smartphone and software capabilities. 

Moreover, this latest update not only comes with functional enhancements but also fixes other system-related issues like communication, Bluetooth, camera, and more. On the other hand, the January 2023 security update has been rolled out for the OnePlus 9R with build version LE2101_11_F.21.

OnePlus has already released the January 2023 security patch for the OxygenOS 12.1 and OxygenOS 13-powered smartphones. Such software updates are necessary for smartphones and it is recommended that the respective models download the latest available firmware.

How To Update:

To mention, the Chinese tech giant releases this software update in batches and suggests downloading it as soon as it pops up. These updates are happening via OTA, which may delay the ‘update-access’ process. However, you can go to the Updates section and install it manually.
To check manually, open Settings > then click on System Updates. Once you have opened Software Update, tap on the Check for Updates option. If there is an update available, click Download and Install. And after installation, reboot the device.
