A few days ago, OnePlus was tipped to release the new OxygenOS 13 F.03 firmware update for the OnePlus Nord CE 5G device in India with some fixes and improvements, as well as the new build appeared as a stable iteration. The OnePlus Nord CE 5G devices are now ready to install the OxygenOS 13 Open beta 2 with many improvements.
Notably, the second OxygenOS 13 open beta, identified through the build version ending with EB2101_11_F.03, is live only for OnePlus Nord CE customers in India. However, the company will take little time to expand to more users in eligible countries.
Furthermore, per the official changelog, OnePlus fixed several user issues after installing the first beta build. These include some beneficial enhancements and improvements to the application and communication aspects.
Apart from these, the update also fixes WhatsApp’s inability to make voice or video calls in certain situations. Furthermore, it enhances the stability of the mobile network connection.

On the other hand, the OxygenOS 13 brings some extras from OnePlus, such as a new system icon, Quantum Animation Engine 4.0, vibrant theme colors, optimized task management tools, enhanced security and privacy, unique Always-on Display style, refined visual effects, Spotify and Lock Bitmoji integration on screen, improved home screen folders, Private Safe 2.0 and more.
As per the report, the Chinese tech giant is inviting 5000 users who meet the requirements to participate in this open beta program with the OnePlus Nord CE in the device. Furthermore, the applications for the OxygenOS 13 Open Beta for the respective models start on 2023/2/23 and end on 2023/2/25 and will be accepted in batches, and only limited seats are available.
