The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, OnePlus, could soon launch a new budget yet pocket-friendly smartphone in the Indian market. This gadget will be a successor to the Nord CE 2 Lite, known as the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite is set to be launched next month.
Ahead of the official announcement, tipster Max Jambor has claimed the launch date of the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite smartphone. The development sources and further indications we are getting about the Nord CE 3 Lite are that it is slated to launch in the first week of April 2023, and the upcoming smartphone is said to be a minor upgrade from the existing Nord CE 2 Lite 5G.

The tipster has claimed that the smartphone will launch in India on April 4. Earlier, it was revealed that the smartphone could be priced at around Rs 18,999 to compete with budget smartphones from other brands.

OnePlus Nord 3 may feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Further, the device could be powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 695 8nm Mobile Platform (2.2GHz x 2+1.8GHz x 6 Kryo 560 CPUs) along with Adreno 619L GPU.
Coming to the camera specifications, the phone may sport a 108 MP rear camera along with a 2MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro lens with LED flash. It also may have a 16MP under-display camera for selfies and video chats.
The product is expected to house a 5,000mAh battery offering 67W SUPERVOOC charging support. Talking about the software, the upcoming budget phone will run Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 out-of-the-box.
