Android 14’s New Beta Update Changes Its Share Sheet

Many of the smartphones are powered by Android, which is an operating system. Sometimes users may want to share their content with other devices. For this purpose, users can use a share sheet similar to a menu of apps or contacts through which users can share. In recent weeks, Android 14 Beta continuously works on the Share Sheet to look cleaner and show more options.

With Android, the long-running problem is “Share Sheet”,’ which offers access to various options for splitting content from one application to another. Now Google in Android 14 is improving the share sheet. For the betterment, the latest changes are under testing with the Android 14 beta version.

New changes in Share Sheet :

Google keeps trying to do its best for Android’s share sheet, which carries some changes. The latest change occurs with Beta 3, now that the share sheet will display more apps or people instantly. Now the users in the row can see at least five instead of 4 icons. Also can scroll to see more options

The other interesting feature the share sheet provides to the users is that when the user shares something, it will tell what he is sharing and from where it came. For instance, if the user is sharing a website from a browser, then he will see “sharing a link”, also the website address will appear.

Now, if the user shares a text, he can easily copy it. Or if users are sharing a captured image or screenshots, then they can edit it first. These changes and the latest features of the share sheet will improve the experience and be effective to use.
