OxygenOS 13 Features Now Live For OnePlus Nord 2 5G

After the complete regular beta activity, OnePlus is finally rolling out the Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 update for a mid-budget smartphone – the Nord 2 5G. This major firmware is rolling out in India at present. However, it’s expected to reach other countries very soon.

The OnePlus Nord 2 5G gets OxygenOS 13 update with OxygenOS version DN2101_11_F.22 and an updated package size of 1.16GB. The major update brings many new features and enhancements to the camera, gallery, widgets, and more to enhance performance.

Furthermore, the latest rollout also improves system security by installing the Android patch released in April 2023. Some stock apps can be updated to the latest version after OxygenOS 13.

As per Input Revealing, the new version optimizes battery life and fixes bugs and issues related to excessive power consumption. The update has also improved the camera quality, making the photography experience even better.

For your information, let us tell you that the stable OxygenOS 13 update is mainly available for users with Open Beta 2 as the base firmware. Normal users can probably get a significant upgrade in the coming weeks.

Thus, you should install the update as soon as it pops up in your phone’s notification panel. Since the update is making its way out in batches, it may take a few days to cover all the units. However, you can go to the Updates section and manually install the new firmware. To do this, launch the Settings app and go to System Updates. Select software update and follow the on-screen instructions.

OxygenOS 13 Features:

Along with the Android 13 operating system, the OxygenOS 13 update brings a lot of new features, including aquamorphic design theme colors, shadow-reflective clock meeting assistant, media playback controls, sidebar toolbox, new Always-on Display, Eye Comfort in Kid Space, and more.
