OxygenOS 13.1 One-Handed Mode Feature, How To Use It?

OxygenOS 13.1 comes with a host of new features, functions, gestures, and interface changes, one of them being One-Handed Mode, a feature that allows you to navigate your device more efficiently with one hand. You can use one hand to pull down the top half of your screen and efficiently access notifications, apps, and more.

With the OxygenOS 12 operating system, OnePlus introduced One-Handed Mode, refined in the OxygenOS 13 update and further optimized with OxygenOS 13.1. Currently, using a device with a large screen with one hand has become quite tricky, and here the one-handed mode works very well and makes your work easier.

All OnePlus devices running Android 12-based OxygenOS 12 or later have the One-Handed Mode feature. Significantly, this feature works only when navigation gestures are enabled. To enable navigation gestures, go to Settings >> Addition Settings >> System Navigation >> Gestures Menu.

Significantly, enabling One Hand Mode was different in Android 12; with OxygenOS 13.1, the company has made some changes. Let us find out here the complete process to enable One-Handed Mode on your OnePlus OxygenOS 13.1 device.
