Xiaomi MIUI April 2023 Security Update Rolling Out For These Devices [List]

In late March, Xiaomi released the April 2023 Android patch for its devices. Now, the Chinese tech giant has consistently rolled out the March/April 2023 security patch along with the major MIUI 14 update for several mid-range and flagship devices. Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO smartphone users have received this update in different regions. The update also comes with several security fixes and makes the device more secure.

Xiaomi is one of the few companies to release the April 2023 security update. The latest monthly Android security update has remained the same. However, it brings various bug fixes and stability improvements to the system.

The minor update fixes various security and privacy issues, including severe, high and medium CVEs and protects your smartphone from bugs and harmful malware. In short, these monthly updates protect your device from bugs and threats and provide a secure and private experience.

Xiaomi has also released a small changelog along with the update. However, the company is continuously rolling out the latest security patches for eligible Xiaomi devices. You can check out the Xiaomi models that have started receiving the April 2022 security patch via an OTA update.
