The Chinese tech giant is rolling out the major Android 12-based MIUI 14 update for Redmi Note 9 Pro Max users in India. However, the update has already been rolled out to more devices. It is expected to reach more users and devices in the remaining regions in the coming weeks.

The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max MIUI 14 update comes with build version V14.0.2.0.SJXINXM, which has been deprecated from Android 12. This new version of MIUI includes various features of Android 12. It is a faster and more reliable version of Xiaomi’s custom skin, which uses less memory and allows the device to function smoothly.
