OPPO is rolling out the ColorOS 13.1 upgrade for Reno 6 5G devices. This is excellent news for the concerned phone users as now they can taste the best experience on their device. On the other hand, the update brings useful improvements and features with the new firmware.
As per the latest inputs, OPPO Reno 6 5G users are getting the ColorOS 13.1 feature with the CPH2251_13.1.0.500 (EX01) version. It is worth noting that the update packs a massive 1.29GB of software package. Lastly, it is preferable to choose a standard WiFi connection to download the firmware effectively.
A few days back, the tech giant rolled out the ColorOS 13.1 update for the OPPO Reno 8 Pro and Reno 7 Pro. As of now, the Chinese tech giant is slowly rolling out the benefits of the new upcoming software to more smartphones. If you haven’t received the update, then be patient. The iteration is rolling out in batches and will soon cover all eligible handsets.
Currently, the update is rolling out to the global market via OTA and will reach users gradually. Meanwhile, you can check the Updates section of your handset to install and download the firmware manually.
If you want to download this firmware manually, get it via Settings > Tap on ColorOS Version from here > Then tap on Software Update. Now the phone will access the server to build the firmware for you.
