Just recently, Google Play (Google System Updates) started getting May 2023 updates. The new version brings many critical fixes for Android, Android Auto, Android TV, and Wear OS to give you new and useful features.

As per the changelog mentioned on the support page, the new update brings bug fixes for device connectivity, account, and system management, Google Play Store, developer services, security, and emergency and utility-related services.
