WhatsApp Working On Material You UI To Android Devices

WhatsApp has continuously incorporated new features and improvements to its application by implementing a new update. Last month, the company implemented several new features and improvements to its WhatsApp application, such as a Chat lock feature, a Message Editing element, and more. Now, in the recent reports, WhatsApp is working on Material You UI for Android devices.

According to Webetainfo, WhatsApp is getting a new beta update via the Play Store. This update comes with Android beta 2.23.10.6 update and comes with new Material You toggles for WhatsApp. This means WhatsApp is working on redesigning the switch in a future app update.

Notably, the feature is only available to beta testers after installing the WhatsApp beta for the Android 2.23.10.6 update, and it looks like they’re looking to improve the interface further. However, the new WhatsApp, designed by you, will appear in future updates.

Until now, WhatsApp was one of the few apps that still lacked important Material You designed for Android. Thankfully, that’s about to change soon as the messaging app is slowly getting a Material design makeover with a new update.
