OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei’s latest promotional brand, Nothing, has been making waves since its inception. The company’s first attempt at a smartphone was the transparent and illuminating Nothing Phone (1). And well, it’s been a huge success. But everyone is now waiting for its successor, curious to know what to expect from the Nothing Phone (2). We may not have to wait long, as the Nothing Phone (2) has been officially teased and is coming soon worldwide.

According to the information, the London-based company has reportedly announced the launch of the Phone (2) in the summer of 2023, which will run from June 21 to September 23. Along with the announcement on Twitter, Nothing also shared a teaser image of the upcoming Phone, revealing a portion of the rear panel. It is unclear, but the image shows that the Phone (2) will again have a transparent back.

Moreover, if previous Nothing smartphone launches are any indicator, the Nothing Phone (2) could be released sometime in July. The company introduced its first handset on July 12.

As previously announced, the Phone (2) will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 series processor and will be a more “premium” device. This would be a significant improvement over the previous model, which had the Snapdragon 778G+ – an upper midrange processor, and the high-end status could also mean higher prices. Lastly, there is no confirmation that the Phone (2) will be sold in the US for the first time.
