Google’s new Unknown Tracker Alerts feature which was announced at I/O 2023, is going to roll out this month for the users running Android 6.0 and later. The unknown tracker alerts feature allows you to receive a notification when the unwanted Bluetooth tracker is traveling with you. 

The unknown tracker alerts feature is a very helpful feature that helps you keep safe and secure by providing automatic alerts and manual scanning. You can identify, locate and remove trackers that have been placed around you without your knowledge.

Moreover, the unknown tracker alert is sent to your Android devices when someone else’s Bluetooth is traveling with you and it can be tracked or misused. Additionally, in case you bring the device close to the back of your phone, there are some Bluetooth trackers which can tell you their serial number and some other additional information like the last four digits of the phone number of the owner’s device.

Note that, In the process, your device will take nearly 10 seconds to complete the manual scanning.
