OnePlus Explains Why Android Auto Can’t Connect To USB

With the March 2023 update, the OnePlus 11 brings Android Auto support, which helps the phone play nice with more cars. Since the expansion of Android Auto compatibility, OnePlus 11 phone owners have been complaining that the phone that runs Android 13 (OxygenOS 13) doesn’t connect to Android Auto. However, the company raised concern over the inconvenience being faced by its users and responded to the matter.

As a result, one of the most pressing problems reported by OnePlus 11 fans since the OxygenOS 13 upgrade installation is Android Auto not connecting to USB. Not one or two, but a large number of users complained about the same problem.

As usual, OnePlus is back with its monthly FAQ round for its users, and this time, the main focus is on the Android Auto of the OnePlus 11 phone issue alongside the mobile data stop working randomly, Google Discovery page issues and more.

Well, thankfully, a OnePlus moderator gathered the feedback and answered why Android Auto on the OnePlus 11 can’t connect to USB. He further explained how you can manage this problem and get rid of it.

To start with, the moderator said that this is a known issue and is troubling many users. However, the company has fixed this flaw with the latest version of OxygenOS. Please update your OnePlus phone to the latest OxygenOS version. For that, go to Settings, scroll down and tap on About Phone >> OxygenOS Version >> wait for the latest version and tap on Download and Install.

Although if you are facing the Android Auto issue on OnePlus 11 even after the new build installation, then you can check out this form (here) and report the issue and log in to the company (For India region, you can dial *#800# to enter the “Feedback toolbox”).
