Nearby Share Lets You Send Full Folders On Android And Windows

Google is making Nearby Share faster and easier to share files and documents more conveniently. Recently, Windows support is also available on Nearby Share, along with Android. Now, Google is bringing a new feature to Nearby Share, allowing users to share full folders on Android and Windows seamlessly. But still, it is only capable of sharing part of the folder in one go.

Nearby Share lets you send a file between devices by first selecting the file and then the device to which you want to share. You can share Multiple files through various supported apps in one go. You can also share the full system folders between Android and other devices.

According to the information, this feature has been in the Nearby share since the Beta version was launched on Windows in March this year. You can share entire folders and their contents between Android and Windows, although, on Android, this only works through the Files by Google app. Samsung’s Files app does not retain the folder structure but only sends its contents.

Moreover, it is very necessary that it can be used on Windows too. When the user shares a folder from Windows, the pop-up shows the file explorer; similarly, you can also share the folders from Android to Windows.
