Nothing OS 2.0.2 Update Roll Out For Phone 2 Prioritizing The Camera

We are in August, and Nothing has started rolling out the Nothing OS 2.0.2 software update for the Phone 2, which prioritizes the camera segment in the latest version and brings the July 2023 Android security patch.

This latest software update for Nothing Phone (2) was Identified via the build version with Nothing OS 2.0.2 and is arriving with a software package of 98.34MB; the latest update brings fixes for a bunch of issues to offer good treatment to its devices and maintain its overall efficiency.

According to the information, the company has improved the photo clarity, quality in low-light settings, and HDR processing speed for the front camera and enhanced the 50MP mode and photo clarity in low-light settings. In addition, it optimizes stability and contrast when recording videos on the rear camera and improves contrast and bokeh effects when shooting in portrait mode.

The official changelog further suggests that the company will add a new feature to shut down apps when the device reaches its temperature limit. It also refines the battery drain view when the device is turned off. For more information, check the full changelog below.
