Upcoming BGMI 2.8 Update Will Bring These New Features

A few days ago, Krafton released the BGMI 2.7 update with a new collaboration with Dragon Ball Super. The update also brings 90fps support for flagship smartphones and several bug fixes and improvements. Meanwhile, the game tech giant has started rolling out the BGMI 2.8 Beta 1 update, which comes with lots of new features and enhancements.

According to the information, the first beta test of Battleground Mobile India version 2.8 started on 10 August 2023. The beta includes World of Wonder updates and improvements to Classic Mode.

BGMI 2.8 Beta 1 update new features and improvements:

BGMI 2.8 Beta 1 Update Download is now available for download on Android devices. This update brings many new features and improvements to the game’s World of Wonder and Classic Mode. Check out the features of the BGMI 2.8 beta update below.

BGMI 2.8 Beta: Classic Mode Improvements

  • Crossbow Tactical Gunpowder Attachment: Equip it with ammo for a Fire Bolt that causes a delayed explosion after impact.
  • Smart Voice when Marking: After this stable update is released when marking locations on the map, it will play a voice message with the name of the marked location. As a result, teammates are advised to go there. Also, the information will be sent as text in the chat message.

BGMI 2.8 Beta: World of Wonder Updates

BGMI 2.8 beat update not only adds two new Map Templates such as Castle Nocturne and Karakin, but also brings new Decorative & Building Objects, which include Ferris Wheel, Race Track, Castle, and more.

After the BGMI 2.8 update, it supports new gameplay devices: Bulletin Board Device, Custom Text, Condition Checking Device, Custom Shop Device, Character Switch Device, and more.
