Breaking: Nothing OS 2 Rolling Out Starts For Phone (1)

Nothing Phone (1) users have been eagerly awaiting the start of the Nothing OS 2.0. After completing the beta testing, the Consumer tech giant is releasing the Android 13-based Nothing OS 2.0 for Phone (1) users.

According to Nothing’s founder, Carl Pei took to (Twitter) to share the excellent news for Phone (1) users. They share information: Nothing OS 2.0 is being released for Nothing phones (1). Also, he says that as their capabilities get more robust, we will be able to increase the difference over time.

Hence, we can expect the Android 14-based Nothing OS to be undergoing internal testing, and the Android 14 build could be out soon.

To recall, at the beginning of the month, the company had confirmed that Nothing OS 2.0 for the Phone (1) would be launched before the end of August, and now it is launching it as per its promise.

The Nothing OS 2.0 Update version improves upon the Nothing OS 1.5 in several areas, including a glyph interface, monochrome icons, new home screen layout options, app shortcuts and folders, widgets, lock screen customization, and more.

After installing the latest Nothing OS 2.0 update, you can download the Nothing icon pack, which has enhanced the monochrome colour scheme on your Phone (1). Combine the app icons with your Nothing widget for a look that matches your wallpaper. It is worth mentioning that this application is designed to reduce distractions and make the interaction with your smartphone more intentional.
