The OnePlus 10R is getting the CPH2423_13.1.0.590(EX01) firmware, and the OnePlus 10R Endurance Edition is getting the CPH2411_13.1.0.590(EX01) firmware update. It is live now and should reach your 10R unit in the next few hours or a few days.
According to the information, this latest security update fixes many bugs and issues users face after installing the June 2023 security update. One of the significant improvements is the Screen on Time; you can see the image below.
