WhatsApp Is Preparing A New Interface For Android

WhatsApp keeps experimenting every day to make the platform better, and at the moment, it is rolling out its new beta update for Android, which will offer a new interface with two new color shades, including a white top app bar and a green app name. The update is in the developing stage and available on the Google Play Beta Program with version number 2.23.18.18

What’s New?

The brand is working on a new interface to offer a new look to the users by which they get a fresh vibe and a more modern experience. WhatsApp plans to remodel the top app bar with this new beta update, coloring it white. Now, the status bar also appears in white. Also, in the future, the font for the app’s name will be in green shade. With these new shades of color, the users will get a whole new, colorful look, which attracts them.

Another change the update includes is that the users can filter their messages by shortening their conversations in flour options. With its new update, WhatsApp offers four new options, All Unread, Personal, and Business, in a sequential queue. The “All” tab will show all the messages. “Unread” will deliver only the letters that have not been seen yet. The “Personal” will display the personal or private messages that users have selected. The last one is “Business,” which only shows the statements of those in the business category.

Filtering the messages scheme will be more convenient to the users while searching conversations and also get more control.

However, the update is still developing and is only available for some lucky beta testers. Interested ones can install the beta update through the Google Play Beta Program. It is also expected that the update will be available to all as soon as possible.
