Xiaomi is all set to announce its upcoming flagship Xiaomi 14 smartphone series which includes two models; Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro. For increasing the enthusiasm in the fans community the brand has tipped that the base variant of the upcoming series is expected to feature 12GB RAM. It is expected that the brand will launch the Xiaomi 14 lineup in China even before the Double Eleven sales event on November 11. Once the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC gets launched after that Xiaomi will debut the upcoming lineup.
As per the reports, the Chinese and Global variants of the smartphone already received IMEI certification. The listing of the global variant of the device confirms the launch of the smartphone in the international markets. The MIUI source code of the smartphones discloses the codename of the upcoming device. As per the reports, through the Weibo post Digital Chat Station has revealed the specifications of the forthcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphones.
Expected Specification Of Xiaomi 14 Ultra
According to the information revealed by DCS, it is expected that the upcoming flagship Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone will feature a quad-curved AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a 2K resolution panel, and a centered punch-hole cut-out for the selfie camera, alongside LTPO panel.
It is also revealed that Xiaomi will continue to announce smartphones with a camera arrangement similar to its predecessor; for instance Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Also, the brand will continue the Leica partnership for the upcoming device and bring worthy attention to features and improvements. This time the smartphone will feature an optimised version of the 50MP Sony IMX 989 1-inch sensor on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
Revelation is indicating that Xiaomi offers a 50 MP Sony LYT900 primary sensor with a 1-inch sensor size to its upcoming Xiaomi 14 ultra device. And the rest of the other three cameras will be similar to its previous generation Xiaomi 13 Ultra model. The camera arrangement will include a 50 MP u;tra wide angle lens + 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom + 50 MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom.
According to information, the brand will offer sport thin bezels around the display, it is not announced yet but it will probably be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC chipset. The chipset will debut at the annual Tech Summit event which will take the floor on October 24 in Hawaii.
Qualcomm is hinted to feature the chipset with a single Cortex-X43 clocked at 3.2GHz, five Cortex-A720s Cores at 3.0GHz, and two Cortex-A520s at 2.0GHz. Also the chipset will couple with Adreno 750 GPU and Snapdragon X75 5G modem and support UFS 4.1 storage. It is also expected that Qualcomm will announce the satellite connectivity with the upcoming flagship SoC.
According to DCS revelation, it is expected that Xiaomi will announce the smartphone in China and international markets by the end of the first half of 2024. On the other hand, the IMEI listing of the smartphones revealed the 24030PN60C and 24030PN60G model’s version numbers for Chinese and Global markets. In the model number, the first four digits indicate that the brand will debut the smartphone in March 2024, similar to its predecessor.
