Meta May Soon Let You Edit Your Posts On Threads

In July, Meta launched Threads, a rival to Twitter, and it got off to a great start. Within a week of the app’s launch, over 100 million users registered on Threads and started their Threads journey. However, some features needed to be added in Threads, i.e., the ability to edit pots. Thankfully, it will take a little while before you get this feature on the application.

According to leaked information shared by Alessandro Paluzzi, Instagram’s Threads may soon add the ability to edit posts in threads. Also, he claimed that Threads is working on the ability to edit posts within 5 minutes.

To add additional context to a message, to fix a simple misspelling, you need to tap the three dots on previous post threads, and for five minutes, you can choose ‘Edit’ from the menu, which can be changed. You may have to tap on the text. Now your work is complete.

However, this function is not available to users right now, but it may be launched in the coming days or weeks. However, until the company officially announces this feature, it should be considered a rumor only. But notably, Instagram head Adam Mosseri mentioned that Meta is working on new features for Threads. Hence, it remains to be seen when Meta plans to launch this new editing feature.

On the other hand, Twitter rival Threads has finally added a way to switch between multiple accounts without logging out. This feature makes it easier for users to switch between work and personal profiles on the same application. However, the company did not specify whether there is any limit on the number of accounts you can add to the profile-switching feature.
