WhatsApp is back with a new update for enhancing the user’s chat experience. Through the update, the company is offering a new feature named “Pinned messages’ along with a freshly designed chat share sheet. However, this seems a minor change but is actually a countable one.

WhatsApp is rolling out a new update with its version number, which is v2.23.21.4, so the users can easily identify the update with this identification build number.
For now, the update is only available for some of the lucky beta testers. And the interested ones can get this update through the Google Play Beta Program.

WhatsApp, through the v2.23.21.4 update, is offering a new feature for pinning the messages, which helps users find the messages they are looking for out of the hundreds. The second noticeable feature of this update is coming, which is the redesigned chat attachment menu, which gives a whole new look.
WhatsApp’s New Pinned Messages Feature
Now, finally, the users are getting the ability to pin up their messages to highlights and access important or instant references quickly. This new pin option is placed within the three-dotted menu, which appears at the top right corner.
While tapping on the three-dotted menu, two options will pop up, including Copy and Pin. The Pin option will allow the users to pin the particular message. After clicking on the pin option, a new dialogue box will pop up, which asks for permission, how long your pin lasts and includes the timing

Also, the users can unpin the message at any time, whenever they want.
WhatsApp’s Redesigned Chat Share Sheet
On the side with the same version number, the company is offering a newly designed chat attachment menu that features a new modern style. Through this redesign, the users will get a modern and user-friendly chat share sheet interface. The upgraded menu still includes the process of sharing multiple types of content, but this time, it is clearer and more intuitive, along with new tweaks.
Now, the upgraded chat attachment menu or share sheet did not include the payment option previously, which was present. Now, it includes only seven options for sharing, which are mentioned below.

For now, the update is only available for beta testers, but after installing the latest update, some of the users are experiencing these new features. However, it is expected that soon, the company will roll out the update widely through future updates.
