OnePlus Is Rolling Out OxygenOS 14 Open Beta For OnePlus 9R & OnePlus 8T

Android has already released its latest major Android 14 OS update for all eligible Pixel devices, and now it’s turn for the other smartphone brands to upgrade their devices with this latest OS upgrade. 

OnePlus already rolled out Android 14 based OxygenOS 14 closed beta update for the OnePlus 9R and OnePlus 8T device. And now, the brand is delivering OxygenOS 14 open beta 1 for both devices. 

OnePlus is rolling out Android 14 based OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 1 update for the OnePlus 9R and the OnePlus 8T device. For now, the brand is delivering this update only in India, but soon, it will make the update available in more regions. 

By this build, the brand is permitting the users to be among the first to experience the new features and improvements OxygenOS 14 has to offer. So, the interested users of these two devices can easily apply for the program from November 21 until a certain application criteria is 5000 users. 

Interested owners of the OnePlus 9R and the OnePlus 8T device must hurry up for the application because the brand has set a specific quota of 5000 users only for the program.

 Also, before applying for the update, the user must make sure that their phone has been updated to the detectable version; 

  • OnePlus 9R – LE2101_13.1.0.583(EX01)
  • OnePlus 8T – KB2001_13.1.0.582(EX01)

Interested users can easily apply for the update by following the steps mentioned here.

  •  Go to Settings >> About Device >> Up To Date >> Press the icon placed on the top right >> Beta program >> Follow the instructions to apply. 

The update brings various new features, improvements, and changes, such as adding a File Dock, where the users can easily drag and drop to transfer content between applications & devices. Improves system security and performance optimization and many more.
