Google is rolling out the monthly software update for December 2023 for its Pixel smartphones. The latest December update is going to be available for all the Pixel devices that are running on the new Android 14 version. This monthly update is basically the QPR1 stable update to Android 14 for smartphones, including Pixel 5a (5G), Pixel 6 and more.
Beginning now, Google will continue rolling out the latest QPR1 stable update over the next week in several phases according to the device and its carriers. At the same time, users will receive a notification once the OTA (Over the Air) update is available for their respective Pixel devices.

Meanwhile, you must check the Android version of your Pixel device or update it to the latest Android version in order to get the latest software update.
