Galaxy M55 5G Launched In Brazil, Coming To India Soon

A few days ago, Samsung had reported about the launch of its two devices which included F55 and M55 5G and it was said that it is going to be launched in India soon. After this, the company announced its device M55 5G, it will soon be launched in Brazil and after that, it can also be seen in India. This could be the best M series in the Midrange. Also, it is spotted on the Samsung India website, where it shows showing SM-M556B/DS model number. It is expected that it will be launched soon.

According to the details by the company, it includes a lot of great features. Regarding the display, it is said that it can be a 6.7-inch AMOLED+ display with a punch-hole design, along with HD+ resolutions, 120Hz refresh rate, a maximum brightness of 1000 nits, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The dimensions of the phone will be 163.9 x 76.5 x 7.8 mm and weight will be 180 gms.

The Galaxy M55 uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 for the chipset which will be based on Android 14 and ONE UI 6.1 which will receive four operating system versions and up to five years of security updates. For storage, the SoC is paired with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB inbuilt storage. It can also be expanded up to 1 TB with a microSD card. 

The battery of this device can include 5,000 mAh which can be supported with 25W fast charging and for connectivity, features like WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and USB-C port can be used in it. It also used a polycarbonate build with an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. 

In the camera department, the back panel is tipped to include an OIS-enabled 50 MP main camera, 8 MP of ultra-wide shots, and a 2 MP of macro camera while the front could house a 50 MP camera. Talking about the price of the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G, it will be sold in Brazil for BZR 2,699 and around $540 while in India it will be available for Rs. 46,000. It includes two color options such as – Light Green and Dark Blue.
