Samsung Green Line Issue Has Been Spotted On Galaxy S21 FE And Galaxy S21 Ultra

The green line issue has become the major spotlight, as numerous reports have been floating around that significantly reveal that the display issue has once again entered a few older Samsung Galaxy models. Several older Galaxy models, including the Galaxy S21 series—the S21 Ultra and S21 FE—have frequently become victims of the famous green line issue.

The display issue, named the very famous green line issue, is a thin vertical green line that certainly runs on the phone’s display screen, potentially troubling users to use their phone with its entire functionalities. Meanwhile, it seems like the most prominent reason behind the green line issue is either a faulty display connector or a flex cable.

For some, the green line occurred randomly, while some noticed it after updating their device to the latest software update:

In contrast, several Galaxy owners have reported that they have been facing the green line issue on their Galaxy S21 series devices, including the S21 Ultra and S21 FE. Some users have noticed that their phone begins to show that annoying green line soon after updating their device to the latest build, while others have encountered it randomly.

According to some reports shared on X, users saw the green line just after installing the software update on their Galaxy S21 FE. In contrast, a few users noticed the green line after updating their Galaxy S21 Ultra to the latest April 2024 security patch. However, this green line does not harm the device but is very annoying as it is constantly present on the phone’s display.

Moreover, the exact cause of this suddenly appearing green line is still unknown. If software glitches cause the green line issue within the Galaxy S21 FE and S21 Ultra, then it could be easily resolved by performing a factory reset or a simple reboot. Still, if it’s a hardware issue, then it can not be resolved by the same method.
