OPPO F9 and F7 users have already received July 2020 security update on ColorOS 7.1 and now waiting for the August patch, but sadly the update not available yet.
Today, OPPO is rolling out a new software update for OPPO F9, F9 Pro, and F7 users, the new update fixes WiFi and Hotspot connection issue and also improves system stability.

The update comes with build number CPH1823EX_11_F.12 or CPH1881EX_11_F.12 for OPPO F9 users and CPH1819EX_11_F.15 for OPPO F7 users global variant and weight is 200 to 250MB only for both the device.
