Instagram Is Testing New “Create” Sticker To Turn Photos Into Custom Stickers

Instagram already announced that it is testing a feature for creating polls in the comment section of the feed posts, and now the brand has revealed that it is gearing up for new testing, which will offer a new way for users to turn their images into custom stickers to use in reels and stories. Check out the article for detailed information.

Instagram is testing a new way of tuning the photos into custom stickers so that users can use those stickers in their reels and stories. Once the testing gets over, the users get the ability to create stickers from any of their photos.

This is being speculated through the post shared by Adam Mosseri on his ig channel and stated that:

Back with another fun test. We’re testing a way for you to turn photos into custom stickers to use in reels and stories. You can create stickers from your photos in your camera roll or from eligible images you see on Instagram. Excited to see people get creative with this. Imk what you think!”

With the above statement, it is pretty clear that the brand is testing other fun features that will surely enhance the user’s stories and reel editing experience. Basically, with these new features, the users, from their photos, take a specific part that turns into custom stickers, and then the users can use the stickers in reels and stories.

Once the testing is over, the users will get this option named “Create” in a seizure-like icon by tapping on the’ sticker icon’. This new feature of custom stickers will join the list of stickers already available on Instagram.

If the users choose the “Createsticker, then it will suggest the user’s own images, and then they can choose the image from which they want to turn into custom stickers to use in reels and stories.
