In a similar series, the company appears to be testing an all-new AI-powered English Speaking Practice tool in the Search section, which will significantly allow users to enhance their English-speaking ability.
According to the information shared by @howfxr on X, Google is bringing a new AI-powered feature to Google Search. Dubbed as Speaking Practice, this new feature will allow users to significantly improve their English-speaking skills. However, the feature will not teach the English language to the users; rather, it’s designed to enhance their English spelling ability step-by-step.
The Speaking Practice feature is available in a few regions
Google further explains that this new Speaking Practice feature uses generative AI, which significantly helps users use new words on a daily basis. You can easily try it out by enabling Search Labs and clicking the Try an example option. On the flip side, Google officially stated that this new feature is currently available in some regions, including Argentina, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Mexico, and Venezuela.
Moreover, Google has just added this new Speaking Practice feature within Google’s Search Labs as an experimental functionality. It’s interesting to see whether the company will roll this feature out as a full-fledged one or limit it to an experimental one.
