Samsung is set to break new ground with the introduction of an “Ultra” model in the Fold series, a first for the company. This device, speculated to rival the S24 Ultra, is expected to feature superior camera capabilities. However, Samsung has yet to reveal any specific details, adding to the anticipation surrounding this unique addition to the Fold series.
According to the reports, its camera set could be like Z Fold 5 and Z Fold 4. This triple rear camera setup can house a 50 MP f/.8 primary camera with OIS, a 10 MP 3x f/2.4 telephoto camera and a 12 MP f/2.2 ultra wide-angle camera. The Z Fold 6 may also include a built-in stylus slot for the S pen.
Additionally, the Z Fold 6 is expected to be the thinnest and lightest ever. This upcoming Galaxy Z Fold Ultra has been spotted on multiple websites with model number SM-F958N. All previously introduced Galaxy Folds had model numbers ending with “6”, but this one has an SM-F958N model number, so we can say that Samsung is developing an “Ultra” foldable device which will be launched soon.
This upcoming Z Fold 6 Ultra device has the internal model number “Q6A.” Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra at the Galaxy Unpacked event in July. Currently, this device will be sold only in Korea. After this, it will be launched in the global markets.
Like all other devices, this upcoming device can be launched not only in Korea but also in Europe, India, and America. This series may include two models: the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra.
