Everyone knows the merits of PUBG Mobile, Let’s talk about its demerits. Demerits or the Reasons due to which banning of PUBG Mobile is absolutely justified. Now let’s talk about how are these justified?

Top three reasons: why PUBG Mobile should ban are

    • Privacy Policy
    • For children
    • Adult Addiction

1. Privacy Policy

Almost a month ago, gamers in India rejoiced after they learned that their favorite mobile game PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds aka PUBG has had a close escape from the Chinese app ban list published by the Indian government but it is also a reality that if we compare the PUBG Mobile to other games like the same then we see that the PUBG Mobiles demands additional storage permission from us which is not needed. Actually a privacy policy is a document that explains what personal information a company collects from users, how the company uses it, who they share it with, and how they safeguard that data. What constitutes “personal information” varies but it typically includes things like names, email addresses, physical addresses, IP addresses, browser cookies, etc.

We are saying this by comparing PUBG Mobile with Fortnite as both games have the same gameplay

2. For Children

We believe that children are like clay in the potter’s hand we can mold them the way we desire, Children are considered future builders of a nation because the future of every country depends on children and has to shoulder all kinds of responsibilities. They are the foundation of the country’s bright future but this foundation is now in danger. let’s know-how?

    1. Unknowingly becoming a thief- Children are becoming so keen about this game’s features that they steal their parents’ money and spend it on buying PUBG Mobile Staff. [The Mohali case comes days after a boy in Punjab’s Kharar spent a whopping amount of Rs 16 lakh on PUBG Mobile.]
    2. Getting away from education- The children have become so accustomed to PUBG Mobile game that they play it all the time, whether day or night, they do not know the time, and get away from studying they just and only concentrate on the PUBG Mobile game. They become so mesmerized by playing this game that they do not even know that by distancing themselves from studying they are spoiling their own future. [A young boy has failed in his first year pre-university exam after he wrote only about ‘how to play PUBG game’ in the Economics exam answer sheet. Earlier the boy had secured distinction in his SSLC exam last year but got addicted to the online game, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds he lost the track.]
    3. Change in nature-  Younger children and those with emotional, behavioral, or learning problems may be more influenced by violent images, Scientists have collected and summarized studies looking at how video games can shape our brains and behavior. As we read that playing games change children’s behavior. They behave the same as they play, and by the name of PUBG Mobile (PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS), we know that it is a battleground game that deals with war, fighting, and violence which directly or indirectly effects and change the soft nature of children. [The national child rights commission has recommended barring the game for its violent nature. One of India’s largest Hindi newspapers declared PUBG an “epidemic” that turned children into psychopaths. “There are dangerous consequences to this game,” the Navbharat Times warned in a March 20 editorial.]

3. Adult Addiction

Even the elders similar to children are not untouched by the impact of this PUBG Mobile. Along with the children, they are also getting addicted to this game. While continuously playing PUBG Mobile they are wasting their time, money, and precious moments of life, wastage of these things is harming them in some way at some point in their lives like- cause death, accidents, failure, mistakes, etc. [Video game addiction is a real mental health condition recognized by the World Health Organization. They have a set of three criteria as warning signs: Impaired control: Your gamer is unable to control or limit their gameplay. Loss of interest in other activities: Your gamer’s life revolves around gaming instead of gaming revolving around their life. Continuing to play despite negative impact: Gaming is causing significant harm to their school grades, employment, or relationships.]
