[T-Mobile] One UI 2.5 Updated: Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+, Galaxy Note 9

Samsung is rolling out a major firmware update One UI 2.5 with October 2020 security patch and many new features to the Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+, Galaxy Note 9 devices on the T-Mobile network in the US. The One UI 2.5 debuted with the Galaxy Note 20Galaxy Z Fold 2, and the Galaxy Z Flip 5G.

According to the information it comes on software versions G960USQU8FTJ3G965USQU8FTJ3, and N960USQU5FTJ3 for the Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+, and the Galaxy Note 9, respectively. It comes with many new features such as – Wireless DeX, gesture navigation, and more.

It brings Samsung’s native keyboard: support for split keyboard in landscape mode. In addition, the Messages app now has the option to send an automatic SOS message with your location.
