Twitter has become increasingly popular with academics as well as students, policymakers, politicians, and the general public. it has now become the social media platform of choice for many.
The users of the micro-blogging site can upload 4k pictures. After testing the feature last month, Twitter has now rolled out the ability to upload 4K images for both Android and iOS users. This will allow people to post high-resolution pictures on Twitter. Previously, sharing high-quality images on Twitter has not been a great experience as the platform would compress the images extremely.
The company has finally decided to increase the maximum supported resolution for the platform to 4K, which should be around 8MP.
How to upload 4k images on Twitter
- Open Twitter on your Android or iOS device
- Tap on Plus (+) Icon on the right bottom corner
- Now select “Photos” option
- Select images for tweet
