Galaxy Z Fold 5 & Z Flip 5 May Receive One UI 6.0 Beta This Month

Samsung already rolled out a major One UI 6.0 Beta Update to its flagship Galaxy S23 device, whereas some mid-range Galaxy devices also received it. Now fortunately the brand’s newest foldable series, none other than Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 will receive an Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update. Samsung introduced this foldable series in July 2023, which out of the box runs on Android 13-based One UI 5.1.1

On the other hand, according to the information, a moderator of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 software section responded to an inquiry from a user which was about the status of One UI 6.0 Beta for the latest foldable models. 

If the post on the X is to be believed, which is shared by NingSP with the username @mrsevensp, it reveals that One UI 6.0 Beta 1 for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 will be available within this month. Since this is a major update, it will bring lots of new features and improvements which will surely enhance the user’s flawless experience. 

However, there may be be a delay, it is being speculated because there was a bundle of delays come to appeared when the Galaxy S23 series got One UI 6 Beta. meanwhile, it is also not clear yet, in which markets the latest Galaxy Foldable series will get this UI 6.0 beta update. Whereas the Galaxy S23 device grabs the beta program in various markets, which include; India, Korea, Germany, Poland, China, the US, and the UK. 

Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 devices will receive the UI 6.0 beta update in the tech markets mentioned above is not clear yet. That’s all for the time being, let’s see if the update will roll out later this month or not. For now can only wait.
