Realme rolls out new OTA updates for Realme XT, Realme X7 Max and Realme 5 Pro

Today’s day of updates is also: new firmware is in fact distributed for some Realme smartphones, namely Realme XT, Realme X7 Max, and Realme 5 Pro.

New Realme XT F.06 Update

Let’s start with Realme XT, which is getting a new OTA updates. There don’t seem to be any other major innovations, and in fact the changelog only mentions generic improvements in performance and stability.

The rollout started in India with the firmware RMX1921_11_F.06. Realme XT came out in mid-2019 with Android 9 and ColorOS 6, and currently running on Realme UI 2.0-based on Android 11, so this could be the last major update.

What’s New:

    • Optimized the system performance and improved the system stability.

New Realme X7 Max C.10 Update

New update also in distribution for Realme X7 Max, although less consistent than the one seen above. The smartphone is in fact receiving the C.10 OTA in Indian market.

There don’t seem to be any other major innovations, and in fact the changelog along with mentions generic improvements in performance and stability. Realme X7 Max has already received the Realme UI 3.0 a few weeks ago, obviously based on Android 12.

The rollout started in India with the firmware RMX3031_11_C.10 and brings with it a new feature: My Omoji now supports the Dark mode, fixes an issue where 5G signal strength, improves the visual design of charging states on the Battery settings page and Lock screen, the accuracy of fingerprint recognition.

    • Fixes an issue where 5G signal strength might fluctuate occasionally.

New Realme 5 Pro F.06 Update

The Realme 5 Pro is receiving version F.06, which integrates some refinements and bug fixes. Nothing new from the point of view of security patches, which remain stationary in May 2022. The firmware is the RMX1971_11_F.06 and includes bug fixes.
