Realme has released the April 2022 security update to the Realme X7 Max 5G in India. The update is rolling out to the over the air. It will take a few weeks more for the phones to get the May 2022 security update.
The latest software update for the Realme X7 Max comes with firmware version RMX3031_11_C.11. It includes the April 2022 security patch that fixes privacy and security vulnerabilities. With its new update, Samsung might have included general bug fixes and device stability improvements.

Realme had launched the Realme X7 Max in mid 2021 with Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 onboard. The device received the Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 update in March 2022 and the Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 update will available for the smartphone.
