According to the US tech giant, it is revealed that the company is preparing for beneficial moderation for the work profile, which will be available with the latest upcoming software upgrade. Previously, the news was spreading everywhere that Google is testing better changes for Android 14 to the work profile section, which helps the users stay connected to their tasks and operations at all times.
In the earlier version, the work app processes ended upon pausing. Android 14 at the time has put up all work applications, which especially includes the profile owner app. This update keeps alive the work profile’s running state even while imposing limits on suspended work apps’ access to device facilities; for instance, location, sensor, and visible notification as well.
For initiators, the main aim of this update is to be an interaction between suspended task applications and notifications posted from individual apps. However, all of these notifications stay hidden from the users, individual applications can access them, permits messages to be mirrored to other connected devices, i.e., smartwatches or headphones.
