As per the information, the latest Android 13 update is now available for the developers of both ADT-3 and Android TV emulators and will be available soon after testing for more users. The latest update improves the AudioManager API, which allows developers to infer audio attribute support for an active audio device and select the optimal format without starting playback. Now, users can change the default resolution and refresh rate on the supported HDMI source device for a more suitable playback experience.
