OnePlus is rolling out the December 2022 Android security update for the OnePlus 9R smartphone by implementing the new firmware update. The update is coming to India with some fixes and improvements for the device. As of now, many OnePlus smartphone users have already received the latest monthly update in the country.
Last month, OnePlus 9R users received the stable Android 13 update based on Android 13, which brings a lot of new features and improvements along with the October 2022 security patch.
Speaking of the update, the latest December 2022 security patch for the OnePlus 9R carries OxygenOS LE2101_11_F.19 build number. At the same time, it holds an approx 200 Megabytes software package. The latest update is also responsible for various vulnerability disclosure, and handling includes some critical, high, moderate, and two low.

As usual, the monthly security update mainly aims to improve the system security to deliver a secure user interface in order to protect your device from unwanted threats and viruses. How To Update:
Let’s say you want to manually check for the November 2022 security update on your OnePlus 9R via the device’s Settings. From here, scroll down and click on System, tap on System Update, then click on Check for Updates; If an update is available, tap Download Now.
If there is no update available, don’t worry, this latest update will be incremental and available to a limited number of users, and it will start rolling out to all users in a few days.
