Realme Narzo 20 new update adds August 2021 patch, fixes 48MP camera mode, file manager, and more

The Realme Narzo 20 was the second phone from the company to get the stable update of the Realme UI 2.0, before the flagship phone of the year, the Realme X50 Pro, the first phone to get the update. Although Realme is providing monthly security patch patches to all devices, the month of August is about to end but some smartphones are getting July security patches and some are getting August security patches.

Realme has released a new software update for the Narzo 20 and one of the good things is that the security patch for July and August 2021 is coming together in this update. According to the changelog, it fixes an issue where the Camera app might stutter when the 48M mode is selected, an issue where File Manager might take some time to open, and Optimizes system performance and improves system stability.

Realme is currently rolling the update to a limited number of users, and a broader rollout will commence in a few days if all goes smooth. The Narzo 20’s update comes with version number RMX2191_11_C.12 and is currently rolling in India, make sure your unit has at least 3GB internal storage and battery level above 30% before installing the firmware.
