OxygenOS 13.1 For OnePlus 10 Pro Silently Added Private Safe 2.0 Feature

OnePlus 10 Pro users are pretty happy to see several interesting changes in the form of OxygenOS 13.1 on their devices. Meanwhile, the company recently released the latest update based on OxygenOS 13.1 for the devices with a bunch of unique features and enhancements, and one of them is the Private Safe 2.0 feature. 

OxygenOS 13.1 incremental update includes enhancements around gaming, special features, privacy and security, system UI, and productivity. As the company continued to improve the top-end device experience, the Continuity feature was removed due to changes to the interconnectivity elements. Diving into the enhancements, a user has found the Private Safe 2.0 feature on his OnePlus 10 Pro handset.

According to Input Revealing, this feature was unavailable on the device, and users got this feature with OxygenOS NE2211_13.1.0.521 (EX01) version. He believed the Private Safe 2.0 comes with the updated Gallery APK with build number 13.5.30_d024784_230413.

OxygenOS 13.1 Private Safe 2.0 Feature

OxygenOS 13.1 Private Secure 2.0 enables auto-decryption for safe and secure data sharing. The new feature staffed the ‘auto pixelate’ function on personal details to avoid accidental data leakage while using apps like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

A OnePlus 10 Pro user has attached a screen recording video to demonstrate how the feature works and is compatible with applications. Lastly, it hides names in chats and profile pictures after enabling the Auto Pixelate function.
