Samsung: Galaxy S, M, A, And Foldable Smartphone Users Are Constantly Troubled By The Green Line

Green line issue on Samsung display is a hot topic nowadays and especially Galaxy S21 and Note 20 series users are going through it. Samsung recently announced a free repair policy for Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy S20 series phones out of warranty affected by the issue. However, these are not the only devices affected by screen issues.

After the Galaxy S20 and Note 20, Samsung’s flip-style foldable Galaxy A and Galaxy M series phones fell victim to the infamous display issue. Looks like the green line on the display problem is not limited to older phones, Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy A73, and Galaxy M52 5G are also automatically affected after installing the latest software update.

A report is coming out from India, in which a user claims that a green line has started appearing on the top screen of his Samsung Galaxy S23Galaxy Z Flip 4Galaxy A73and Galaxy M52 5G phone. As usual, there have been no accidental drops or damages, but Samsung reportedly refused to replace the display under warranty on the Galaxy Z Flip 4.

As mentioned above, the South Korean tech giant is replacing the screens of Galaxy Note 20 and S20 series affected by the green line issue in the Indian market for free. However, there is no policy for new phones like Galaxy S, M, and A series and foldable.

However, the company should address these green line issues on other Galaxy S, M, A series and foldable devices by offering a free repair policy for out-of-warranty similar to the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy S20 series phones affected by the problem.

Because, it could very well destroy its hard-earned reputation, especially among users who have been loyal Samsung fans and shelled out a lot of money to buy high-end phones like the Galaxy Foldable and Galaxy S series devices.
