  • It will be powered by a bigger battery + upgraded cameras.
  •  Samsung Display and the Chinese manufacturer Tianma have experienced an excessive number of green line issues. So this device is probably free from this green issue.

The OnePlus 12 is the next device of the number series, and it is a hot topic among OnePlus enthusiasts. Fans are eagerly waiting for this forthcoming device. The expectations are indicating that the fans have to wait till December 2023, as reports revealed that the company will debut this device in China in December 2023. The company is getting late in announcing the OnePlus 12 because it is offering new and different specifications to this model, by which it may not face green line issues. Here’s the detailed information.

The recent reports indicate that the forthcoming OnePlus 12 will feature some specifications which makes it more expensive as compared to the OnePlus 11. The cost is just a number for you then the device is going to set fire, because this time the company may have powered the OnePlus 12 with a similar BOE display as the OPPO Find X6 Pro instead of Samsung. Because of this display, it is possible that this device may not face any kind of green line issue.

The reports suggest that the screens from Samsung Display and the Chinese manufacturer Tianma have experienced an excessive number of green line issues. So OnePlus 12 device is probably free from this green issue

All of these suggestions get suggested by a post on X formerly Twitter shared by @heyitsyogesh, which states;

“The OnePlus 12 gets a BOE panel, the same that was used on the OPPO Find X6 Pro.”

This panel has not had any green line issues so far. Tianma & Samsung panels gave them too many issues.

“This and the bigger battery + updated cameras means that the price of the OnePlus 12 is going up..”

From the above statement, it is clear that the OnePlus 12 will feature a BOE panel. The second statement indicates that the device will be powered by a bigger battery + upgraded camera and all of this leads to a high price.

The tipster believes that the company will bless this device with a bigger and long-lasting battery along with enhanced cameras, which might make the upcoming OnePlus 12 more expensive than the OnePlus 11. However, he did not mention the exact price of the upcoming phone.

 A noticeable fact is that the OnePlus 11 is available in two variants one with 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage, which is priced at Rs 56,999. On the other hand, the higher-end variant with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage, is priced at Rs 61,999 in India. So according to reports, it’s pretty obvious that the OnePlus 12 will cost at least more than Rs 56,999.
