OnePlus, OPPO & BOE Are Shaking Hands To Announce New Display On October 24

The brand ‘OnePlus’ has launched its first foldable OnePlus Open with super top display specification and now it has announced a partnership with BOE (Beijing Oriental Electronics). It seems that both brands will bring a new revolution in mobile phone screens. This new partnership will be introduced at an event in Chongqing, China on October 24. 

Regarding this new togetherness, the company stated that. 

The invite says Sunrise East! In 30 years, we have gone from lagging to catching up to surpassing. On October 24, BOE display joined hands with OPPO and OnePlus to witness a historic moment for Chinese screens.” 

By the above statement, it is clear that on October 24, BOE will shake hands with OPPO and OnePlus. Even despite that, the company does not disclose any other details. On the other hand, a well-known tipster’ Digital Chat Station” has revealed that the company will soon announce a 2K screen for OnePlus smartphones, which will offer up to 3000 nits peak brightness.

Meanwhile, the brand’s first foldable OnePlus Open took the platform and has arrived with up to 2800 nits peak brightness. Apart from this, the tipster also stated that the company plans to bring the screens with over 3000 nits peak brightness to 1.5k screens. Also, these will use 2160Hz PWM dimming along with Single Pulse DC. 

Also earlier, the rumors had indicated that the forthcoming OnePlus 12 will feature a BOE panel, similar to what was used on the OPPO Find X6 Pro. It also revealed that this display panel has not had any kind of green line issues so far.
